Should of read this prior!! Ordered twice now...First lot cancelled a week later...Still awaiting a despatch from 4 days ago for a birthday gift, am assuming the same is going to happen. Horrendous service from such a world renowned company!! I have used UGG for 20 years by visiting stores...never use this facility again and certainly makes you rethink..these products are expensive for many people and would expect at this level someone somewhere is checking stock amounts..a tip..use "out of Stock" on every single item until you get some sort of order in house.

Extremely disappointed with UGG and their customer service.
Purchased a pair of womens classic boots as well as the 3 step cleaning kit (as I was told to in store otherwise UGG would void my warranty if I needed to return). Sprayed the boots as directed, which ruined the boots. Attempted a warranty claim 3 TIMES, received completely different answers from all of the services reps and refusal to exchange the boots due to their products defects.
Very disappointed in the inconsistent communication and failure to uphold their warranty programs claims.
As a long time wearer of UGGS, I will not support this company anymore. Wish I head read all these reviews prior to purchase.

I would give them a negative 5 if possible. I placed an order on line and paid with Apple Pay. Somehow they messed up the payment and only charged part of the order. When notifies I asked them to call me for payment.all they would do is send responses telling me to call their customer service. Let me tell you it is an automated hell and my break isn’t long enough to stay on hold. They are closed by the time I get off work. If they would just call I could have quickly given them payment. Instead the jerks sent it to collections for their screw up!! I will never purchase another product from decker.

They won’t give me a refund and all the customer service staff give me different strories and one even told me my refund would be.credited I have been fighting with them since July I have been trying to reach someone in public relations but there is no other number except one and I have spoken to supervisors and I’m told that’s as high as it goes! I tried to call today and both phone and text are not working just get cut off !! horrible!!!! I will never buy from Uggs again to bad because I love their merchandise

I wish I had read the reviews before ordering from Ugg. I ordered in August and got an email that my package had been shipped. UPS sight has the package still not picked up almost 10 days later. Can't get through to anyone at UPS, filed a complaint and a day later it was closed, no resolution. Called Ugg and they stated I had to wait 15 days for UPS to "look into" the complaint. Now I am out money and no boots, no one seems to care.

Ordered a pair of shoes a few days ago that were showing in stock in my size. Checked out and paid to then receive a mail two days later informing me that my order had been cancelled due to their being no inventory available at the point of dispatch. Tried again two days later and the shopping cart informed me there was stock available in my size. Guess what? Exactly the same experience. For a major brand, you need to work on integrating your inventory management system into your e-commerce environment. Totally shocking experience and this does not go with the brand! Are you using a third party logistics and inventory management company? If so, get your procurement team to start finding a new supplier if that is the cause. If there was half a star rating I would have given you that.

Do NOT buy ugg cloud slides. I purchased 3 of them. It's givin our feet blisters. I contacted them their customer service is very bad. They wasn't helpful at all.

I’ve , ordered from ugg and first my order went through then they canceled it now it’s says shipped agian and it’s been over 24 hours and it’s stuck on processing and i’ve ordered from ugh before and never had this problem.

DON'T buy from uggs buy from dillards or macy this company is a joke. It's sad I had to dispute a charge with my bank to get my money back for a shoe that was returned to them n they never gave me my money back with in the 5 to 10 days I DO NOT care about never buying from uggs again. DO BETTER....
